I’m writing to thank you for the excellent service we received from you yesterday. A few months ago you installed a wardrobe for us. We often comment on how nice it is, and what a difference it makes to our bedroom. Recently a problem arose with it where one door would slide open on its own. When I called your office yesterday I was referred to Robert. He offered to have a look at it on his way home from another job. Although it was late in the day, nearly 7pm, Robert came to our house and fixed the problem. This was amazing service! We are thoroughly impressed with your professionalism and commitment to customer service. Robert especially was fantastic. We would like to thank you and will definately recommend Organised Interiors to our friends.”
